Saint John’s School is a non-profit, college preparatory, nonsectarian, coeducational day school founded in 1915. The school, located in a residential area of Condado, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, has an enrollment of over 800 students from pre pre-kinder to grade twelve. Instruction is in English, with Spanish taught as part of the core curriculum every day in all grades.

Admissions Requirements
To be considered for admission, all applicants for Toddler through 12th grade must submit the requirements detailed below. Incomplete files will not be reviewed.

PVAC-3 form (Puerto Rico vaccination form) or immunization record
Family/Student introduction letter
Additional requirements by grade level are detailed below
Transcript from current and/or previous school (two complete years minimum)
Letters of recommendation from current teachers
Previous standardized test scores: Piense, Learn Aid, PSAT, SAT, SSAT, or comparable (if applicable)
Psychoeducational Evaluation (if applicable):

For students applying to 12th grade:
Saint John’s School considers only extraordinary cases for senior year entry. Applicants must provide evidence of such (determined by the Admissions Committee on a case-by-case basis) and comply with at least one of the following:
Excellent academic standing; cumulative GPA of 3.5 (or equivalent) or better
Returning former student in excellent standing
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the SJS community
If admitted, the student must commit to taking at least five academic courses for the year.
