Thanks to Summer Powers, Javier Barcelo, Evalise Dexter, Pedro Rodriguez, Nissim Roffe, and Ms. Lyaned Rivera, for representing our Eco Escuela, in a Public Hearing regarding Law 247 to promote the use of reusable bags and to prohibit the use of plastic bags. Students were involved in the "Camara de Representantes," where they were acknowledged for being part of the process. We are so happy that Law 247 is going to remain as it is!
